Spring is in the air and Easter is just around the corner. Aledo ISD will celebrate with school holidays on Friday, April 14, and again on Monday, April 17. Originally set aside as a bad-weather makeup day, now April 17 will be a school holiday. Classes will resume as usual on Tuesday, April 18. Happy Easter!

Advanced Placement Exam Registration 2017
Students may be exempt from taking Spring Semester final exams only, based on class average and daily attendance. Students desiring to be exempt from Spring Semester final exams must fall into one of the following categories:
- Maintain an overall class average between 75 and 79 percent and have no more than 1 class absence.*
- Maintain an overall class average between 80 and 84 percent and have no more than 2 class absences.*
- Maintain an overall class average between 85 and above and have no more than 3 class absences.*
*Students are permitted to have Extra-Curricular or College Day absences.
Aledo ISD has established the following policy for accepting checks and collecting bad checks: For a check to be an acceptable form of payment, it must include your current, full and accurate name, and address and telephone number. When paying by check, you authorize the recovery of unpaid checks and the recovery of the state-allowed fee by means of electronic re-presentment.
